Adding to such know how, today IZUMI has combined the most sophisticated and latest technology to develop DUAL FINISH GRINDER KN-421 which grinds Internal and External part of work pieces simultaneously.
As known well, in conventional production process, Internal and External grindings are performed on individual grinders resulting in longer processing time and large numbers of facilities.
Now whoever adopts this new grinder can be benefitted by excellent process quality, higher productivity and labour saving.

KN-421 brings higher process accuracy and productivity with its tough body structure and unique one-chuck dual grinding of Internal and External surfaces. |

Both Internal and External cutting feed are performed by wheel slides while keeping same inlet and outlet position of work pieces. |
