KN-314A grinder is developed to grind OD of tripod in three different shape-round,ssphericalll and oval,thanks to our research and extensive development of external grinders for over 40 years.Double arm loading system and our specially developed index chucking and positioning device provides high speed automatic operation.
Work head positioning index
index tripod is controlled by our unique Curvic device for complete 120 degrees positioning.
High Speed Loading/Unloading
Shockless and high speed loading, rotation and transfer of parts made possible by FANUC 2 axis AC servo control connected to in/out conveyor.
Grinding Wheel Spindle
Specially aseembled od Cylindrical Rooller and Angular Bearing delivers extremely accurate and rigid movement of the spindle.
Standard wheel diameter is 610mm.Maximum wheel surface speed is 60 m/sec.
Dressing System
Two kind of dressing system for choosing,one is Disk Rotary Dresser controlled by 2-axis for shape-round or oval,snother is a option of Formed Rotary Dresser Controlled by 3-axis.
Operation
Pendant type easy to operation and color CRT screen display Indigenously developed macro screen with display mechanism and safely(Alarm display).
