KN-302 OD GRINDER

Model KN-302 with high precision and high productivity is designed based on reputed model KN-312. It fits to grind small bearing inner race, OD of Tri-port roller , Rod-end ball, a complete Hydro-static bearing with high precision and endless life. His also provided with double armed loader and 1 magnet-2 shoe work support.
Rotary and single point dresser are selectable, feed motion is achieved by wheel slide.

Work piece is securely supported by the carbide shoe nad ground to size while the work piece is rotated on a powerful magnetic chuck. This system eliminates work piece clamping and achieves consistent grinding of excellent roundness and squareness, thus the portion of a work piece which is ground to the ground reference outer diameter can have as high concentricity as possible. Of course, it is possible to grind a work piece with reference to an outer diameter of a unground work piece with mill scale.
