1946 : Foundation of the company at Nakamachi, Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture.Unlimited partnership was established
             where main business concerned manufacturing machineries for textile and agricultural industries.

1952 : Started manufacturing and processing of ball shafts.

1959 : The name "IZUMI KINZOKU MANUFACTURING CO. LTD.," was established. Business included manufacturing and processing of
             various types of bearings, textile machine parts, and press processing.

1960 : Trade name of the company changed to "NAKAO SEISAKUSYO(MANUFACTURING) CO. LTD.," Business focused on
             manufacturing and repairing of various types of mashine tools.

           The KN-101,201,and 301 grinding machines were developed.

1962 : Main factory was newly established at Fukai Naka-machi Sakai City

1968 : The KN-111,211,and 311 grinding machines were developed.

1982 : Head office transferred to Tondabayashi City.

1985 : The CNC type KN-112,212,and 312 grinding machines were developed.

1989 : The KN-500 series Superfinishing machines for raceway bearings were developed.

1990 : The CNC type KN-102,202, and 302 compact type grinding machines were developed.

1993 : The KN-700 series for bearing assembly line was developed.

1996 : The KN-421 CNC dual grinding machines was developed.

2000 : "NAKAO SEISAKUSYO" was merged.

           KN-314A CNC Toripod shaft grinding mchine was developed.

2006 : The KN-611 CNC 3-axis dual grinding machine was developed.
